This is a view of the home from one of the vineyards. The roof tiles are real clay tiles. Constructed 10 years ago and was built by Will Bateman, a very well known builder.
This aerial view of the home shows the layout of the outside features and the guest home to the right in the back ground. The driveway is lined with olive trees and the homes are both very private. To the left you are able to see the approved and permitted landing strip.
Another aerial view which shows the raised garden beds that are located behind the cabana and lounging patio. This area gets all day sun and is perfect for raising vegetables and it's not visible from the house or back yard. This view also shows the circular drive way and how the garage is located on the south side of the house and not seen as you approach the front.
Beautiful front patio partially covered with trellis which are supported by stone pillars taken from the property. The retaining wall around the patio also has natural stone from the property. The fire pit is wood burning but has conduit for a gas line if desired. Notice the wood windows and solid wood shutters which can be used to completely shutter the home.

The walls are all painted with a custom lime and milk wash method and was done by local painting specialist.

Two Bosch dishwashers, a Sub-Zero large capacity refrigerator and a 7 burner Wolf Range are all juxtaposed with the beautiful and rustic hand rubbed solid wood island, milk wash painted wood cabinets and colorfully painted walls. The solid and natural wood floors extend to the kitchen as well.
This walk in pantry also has a refrigerator and is perfect for storing things that need to be handy.
This guest bedroom is currently used as a media room and also has French doors to the patio and a private bath. These bedrooms are almost mirror images and both have walk in closets.
