The exterior doors are wood-grain fiberglass with custom glass and wrought-iron details and hardware by EmteK. The stucco finish is done in the Santa Barbara smooth coat style. The stucco product used is by Synergy, an acrylic color coat which should not require painting.
The windows are Milgard Tuscany Series with custom blinds.
Enjoy meals at the Kitchen bar or in the Dining Area. There is recessed lighting throughout highlighted with designer accent lighting and sconces. Most of the rocker style switches have dimmers.
The Living Room, Kitchen, and Dining room flow together seamlessly along the Art Studio (right of the picture) and the Guest Suite (to the left) which accommodates single-level living if needed or desired.
The skylights and windows in the Art Studio creates a beautiful and well-lit environment. There is a sizable closet to the right.
Living Room - through the hickory and glass door is the guest suite complete with kitchenette and bath with Canadian cedar sauna.
The Art Studio through the double hickory and glass doors is an enjoyable room for hobbies, work or relaxing.
The Kitchen features hickory cabinets with self-closing drawers done in the traditional shaker style and manufactured by Herbert Bros. in San Luis Obispo.
