The living room is only partly furnished at this point and the dining room is not, but you get the idea. The dining room table goes just below the chandelier in the background, with a nice view from there of the pool and mountains.
There is so much light in the casual eating area and the kitchen that you really don't need to turn on the lights!
From the casual dining area off the kitchen looking toward the family room/den.
The double front entry doors lead to the elegant foyer with chandelier and high ceilings.
This the den off the kitchen. It's where most families will spend 90 percent of their time, watching TV and enjoying the fireplace (when it's cool enough!)
This is 160 Vista Paseo. It is the highest home in the development and is located at the end of the street, with no traffic past it at all.
There is plenty of space for entertaining on the back deck.
The kitchen island. The closed door in the background is a pantry!
You can see the spectacular location against the mountains from this elevated photo.
This is the view from just inside the double front doors looking toward the formal living room and the dining room beyond that.
A little bit closer view from the living room toward the dining room.
There are miles of hiking trails an easy walk from your front door.
Living room and dining room.
An elevated view of the back of the house with the Vista Paseo neighborhood in the background.
From the dining room looking toward the front door.
Let's go back to the living room for a minute. This house has two fireplaces, one in the living room (seen here) and one in the den as seen in previous photos.
What a beautiful, light and bright kitchen with a very useful center island. There are TONS of cabinets and storage areas.
From the kitchen looking toward the den with the back yard beyond. Notice the beautiful greenery outside the kitchen windows.
You can never have too many pictures of the kitchen!
This is the view from the dining area of the pool and the mountains beyond.
The den toward the kitchen.
Another view of the den. It's a warm environment for family get-togethers or just relaxing.
This is the bonus room/fourth bedroom. It can be used as an exercise room, perhaps an art gallery or even a man cave! Or, it an obviously be used as a bedroom.
The master bedroom. It leads directly through a sliding glass door to the pool and spa area.
This is the double vanity master bath with both a soaking tub and a glass-enclosed shower.
This is the principle guest bedroom, with an ensuite bath.
Guest bath with tub and shower.
I'll just let you guess what room this is! (Your right, it's the huge laundry room.)
The pool is so sparkling clean, we thought we would show it off some more!
We sent the drone straight up to get this shot of the hills behind the house. You really won't feel like you're in the city here!
This is from above the house looking almost due north, with the Vista Paseo neighborhood in the foreground. There are 85 houses, the HOA dues are only $100 per month and it is immaculately maintained. We call it South Palm Desert's best kept secret!
Looking down on the pool and spa.
This is the sliding door off of the family room/den. Those are electric awnings that can be extended to shade the west side of the house during the late afternoon.
Nestled into the foothills of South Palm Desert, this could be your desert dream home.
Just a slightly different angle. Look at all the electric awnings the owners installed!
The backyard has enough grass for the your dog to be happy!
From the spa looking north.
Your backyard paradise awaits. The sellers might even through in the swan, ha.
The desert beyond the neighborhood.
I'm really running out of things to say about the back yard! It's nice, okay!!
Pool and spa, low maintenance landscaping and a neat row of ficus trees for privacy. That building in the background is way farther away than it appears in this picture. The back yard is completely private from it.
Let's wrap up with more exterior shots from the drone.
More grass and low maintenance landscaping in the back yard.
Okay, let's put the drone to good use! This is a full aerial overhead shot of the house and how it's situated on the lot. It's nice to see the relative size of everything in this shot. Wow, I see skylights that I didn't know were there! Nice!
