First 9 Months of 2013 compared to First 9 Months of 2014

Paso Robles – The number of Ranch Sales decreased 14.2%, with the days on the market increasing 6.2%. Median price was down 7.5%.

The number of Home Sales decreased 8.6%, with the days on the market increasing 1.8%. Median price was up 4.8%

“Ranch” = Homes on Acres, “Homes” = Single Family Residence, PUD, Condo, Mobile Home on Land.

Sales Comparison- first 9 months of 2013 compared to the first 9 months of 2014

Templeton – The number of Ranch Sales increased 60%, with the days on the market increasing 5.4%. Median price was down 10.2%. The number of Home Sales increased 7.4%, with the days on the market increasing 21.4%. Median price was up 3.7%.
