Heather Desmond is my Buyer's Specialist. She is a licensed realtor who has worked her way through the real estate buying and selling processes. Heather started as an assistant in a real estate office where she learned the full spectrum of the seemingly myriad of paperwork. Earning her license, Heather focuses on the needs of the buyers. She is keenly aware that each buyer has specific requirements in their real estate investments. She is always researching new properties to fit each individual clients needs. Thorough, almost to a fault, you will get Heather's undivided attention to details during your buying process. Her goal is your complete delight with the purchasing process.

 Roger Hanson, is both a Buyer Specialist and my Chief Loan Officer. A veteran to the real estate and mortgage industry, Roger completes the services offered by the Greg Malik Real Estate Group. Jaime Silveira specializes in working with Buyers. Her extensive knowledge of the North County allows her to educate her Buyers about the area. Graduating from Cal Poly with her Bachelors degree in Business Marketing in 2005, Jaime immediately started her career in Real Estate. With her caring, warm, and patient personality, she works with her Buyers to make the process go smoothly. Making your Real Estate experience enjoyable and successful is her goal.

My lovely and talented wife Jeannie Malik is my Marketing Manager. She immediately focuses on promoting your home with her professional photos and  beautifully written descriptions of your home, meticulously prepared with great attention given to every detail. She takes great pride in giving all homeowners the attention they deserve in promoting their home with flyers, property descriptions, including our 1-800 Talking Ads and Visual Tours. She manages our extensive internet marketing program uploading photos & visual tours to popular web sites such as Home Gain, Realtor.com, RealEstateBook.com, Visual Tour and Central Coast Multiple Listing. You can count on Jeannie to give your home the extensive & professional marketing you deserve.

Melanie Bryan is my Escrow Manager and is also a Licensed Realtor. She will handle the escrow of each purchase or sale and will carefully shepherd each contract through the entire escrow process. As an added service to our clients, Melanie is also a notary. I'm sure you will enjoy interacting with Melanie and know that you can trust her responsible, organized and efficient endeavors on your behalf. You can even call her for follow up on the showings of your home.

Christina Crawford is my Team Receptionist. Her cheerful and helpful demeanor makes her perfect for being the first contact at the Greg Malik Real Estate Group. She handles all incoming calls making sure that each client is put in touch with the appropriate person. Christina is very organized and efficient and updates my website daily. While your home is on the market, she will also mail you weekly updates and reports on your property and is happy to answer any questions you may have regarding these reports. Please call Christina when your property flyers are getting low and she will promptly replenish them for you!
