Your video presentation of our house was way above what is offered by the rest of the real estate market and was instrumental in the sale of our house. The buyers were from out of our area and their initial viewing of our house was through your video presentation. There were several things that attracted us to Greg. One was his Marketing strategy, which we were very impressed with. We liked his 24-Hour Talking House. We went on the Internet and looked at visual tours and his far surpassed any others that we saw.

Greg Malik is not a salesman. His business card says that he is a 'Certified Residential Specialist.' What is that . . . that is a person who is dedicated to the proper use of current technology; i.e., the internet, 'talking' ads, telephone recordings about homes and last, but not least, the use of photographic ads either in the form of flyers or newspaper advertisements.

Dear Greg,
I would like to thank you for the results as we discussed. Let me review the process of selling grandma's house. She is 90 years old and has recently moved from her home of 30 plus years in Atascadero to our home in Southern California.
We received a brochure from the Greg Malik Real Estate Group, at that time grandma was considering selling her home. However, since she was in Southern California, and not in any condition to return to Atascadero to find a realtor, or able to sufficiently conduct business by phone, the task came to me.
I was extremely skeptical, and concerned about the selection of a realtor, for I was aware that a wrong choice could cost grandma thousands of dollars and force her into a convalescent home because she did not have the necessary $4,000 per month for 24 hour care.
I called you, and during the initial discussion I reviewed all the considerations.
1. The house be realistically appraised, and priced.
2. A quick sale (3-6 months) was necessary, yet a fair price must be obtained, this is the money she would need for her 24-hour care. A short escrow was desirable.
3. The realtor must do the work and stay on top of all of the issues.
I had originally scheduled an appointment with you and another realtor during my visit to Atascadero. While we talked, your professional manner, sincerity, and preparation for my visit impressed me to where I cancelled the other interview.
The next morning, we toured the area to look at comparable homes (your homework reduced my time), and then priced grandma's home. The listing price was frankly, $5,000 more than we had anticipated.
Although you did not make promises on final selling price or time frame, you clearly understood the parameters.
Results: 45 days from when we sent the singed listing agreement, the home was sold for a fair price and grandma had the check. I realized closing could have been one week earlier, but I needed time to move grandma.
You not only met, but exceeded our expectations. The second key component was keeping us informed every step of the way, from listing, to the sale, to closing and picking up the final check. Grandma and the entire family appreciate the results.
